I am really amazed at how people, often without any awareness, are persuaded by banks and companies to buy more and more even when they don't actually want the product. I am also amazed by how our minds allow us to feel a sense of satisfaction after buying something we don't even need.


I agree with that as well, the "why" explains the business logic and that makes much more sense to me. Otherwise, I might end up explaining the algorithm (the "what") instead of the business behind it.


I really liked the story; the technology can indeed change our mind gradually and make us accept things we once refused. This actually made me ask: how do we rearrange our ideas based on that?


True somehow, I see a lot of people who don't understand the business well cannot, absolutely, design a good software.
